Production time
Every cushion is made to order. Production (cutting, covering, quality check) takes 5–10 business days after payment clears. Complex shapes or COM orders may take slightly longer; we'll tell you if so.
Shipping
- Destination: United States (all 50 states).
- Rate: flat $9.99 per order; free on orders of $150 or more.
- Carrier & tracking: major carriers with door-to-door tracking; you'll receive the tracking number by email when we ship.
Returns on made-to-order goods
Because every cushion is cut to your specification, it cannot be restocked or resold. Our policy:
- We cut what you ordered, wrong: if the cushion you receive doesn't match the specifications on your order confirmation (size, shape, foam, fabric), send us a photo with a tape measure visible and we will remake and reship at our cost, or refund in full — your choice.
- Measurements entered incorrectly: we can't accept returns, but contact us within 7 days — depending on the case we offer a remake at materials cost.
- Defective materials or workmanship: covered for 30 days from delivery — remake or full refund.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the box and the cushion before opening claims with us — do it within 48 hours of delivery and we handle the carrier claim for you.
Cancellations
Unpaid or not-yet-in-production orders can be cancelled free of charge — contact us with your order number. Once cutting has begun, materials are committed.
