What we collect
- Order information: name, email, phone, shipping address — used solely to produce, fulfill and communicate about your order.
- Payment: handled entirely by our payment provider (Airwallex). We never see or store your card number.
- Messages: anything you send through the contact form, kept to answer you and improve the service.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and diagnostics.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data. Ever.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
Who we share data with
Only the processors required to run the store: our payment provider (Airwallex), our email provider (order confirmations), and our hosting/backup providers. Each is bound to process data only on our instructions.
Retention & your rights
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and warranty purposes; contact messages for 24 months. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the contact form — we respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete; we do not sell personal information, so no "Do Not Sell" mechanism is required.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie (cart_token) to keep your cart between visits. No analytics or advertising cookies at this time.
