1. Quotes and orders
Prices shown in the configurator are instant quotes based on your inputs and are valid at the time of display. A sales contract is formed only when we confirm your paid order. Obvious pricing errors (e.g., caused by input manipulation) may be corrected before production, with a full refund if you choose not to proceed.
2. Made to order
Products are manufactured to the measurements and options you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of your measurements; the measuring guide defines the conventions (width × depth × thickness, widest points, ±¼″ workmanship tolerance).
3. Production and delivery
Estimated production time is 5–10 business days; delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier's tracking confirmation.
4. Returns
Made-to-order goods are non-returnable except as described in Shipping & Returns (our cutting error, defective materials/workmanship within 30 days, or transit damage reported within 48 hours).
5. COM (customer's own material)
When you supply fabric, you confirm you own it and it is suitable for upholstery. We are not responsible for fabric flaws or insufficient yardage; labor is charged by covered area regardless of outcome.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
