Custom RV & Camper Mattresses

RV manufacturers have never met a "standard" bed they liked: short queens, three-quarter bunks, mattresses with one rounded corner squeezed against a wall cabinet. We cut replacement RV mattresses to your exact measurements — every dimension, every corner, to the quarter inch.

Measure once, measure right

Measure the sleeping platform, not the old mattress (they compress and shrink). Width and depth at the widest points, plus the thickness you want. Note corners: if a wheel well or cabinet clips the mattress, choose rounded corners and enter the radius — the configurator handles it. For platforms smaller than about 60″ × 75″, don't guess at "full" or "queen" — order the exact numbers.

Which foam for the road?

Thickness: 5–6″ replaces a main-bed mattress; 3–4″ works for bunks and dinette conversions. A thin topper (2–3″) is the budget fix for a factory mattress that's too firm.

Getting it home

We ship across the US with door-to-door tracking. Measure your doorway and the bedroom aisle before ordering — an RV mattress that can't make the turn is nobody's friend. Flat $9.99 shipping, free over $150.

Common rigs we cut for

Travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class C motorhomes, truck campers, sprinter van conversions and schoolie builds. If your platform is a strange trapezoid, the configurator prices that shape directly — no "contact us for quote" purgatory.

Fits the window seat like it came with the house

Measured twice, ordered once. The trapezoid cut for our bay window seat slid right in — edges are clean and the HD36 foam doesn't flatten after months of daily reading. The spec sheet that ships with the box is a nice touch.

Our breakfast nook finally looks finished

Two 40-inch pieces for the banquette, linen covers in Oatmeal. Stitching is tight, corners are crisp, and the price was half of what the local upholstery shop quoted. Shipping took 7 days.
